风暴潮是青岛沿海地区危害较重的海洋灾害。加强对风暴潮的预测与发布，提高对风暴潮灾害的防御能力，已越来越为人们所重视。通过对风暴潮的形成特点以及历年来所造成灾害的原因分析，归纳总结出一些防御风暴潮灾害的对策和措施，供今后的工程建设参考。
The storm surge is a devastating marine disaster in the coastal areas of Qingdao. More and more attention has been paid to strengthening the prediction and release of storm surges and improving their defensive capabilities against storm surge disasters. Through the formation of storm surge and the analysis of the causes of the disasters over the years, some countermeasures and measures to prevent storm surge are summarized for future reference.
