在实现军校教育信息化的过程中军校教员是处在核心位置的,是所有教学要素相互联系并发生作用的纽带和润滑剂;军校教员的教学行为直接与教学效果相连,也直接影响着信息化的进程。本文从教育技术视角,对军校教员信息化教学行为从宏观、中观和微观三个层面进行探索分析。
