目的 :探讨补肾益精方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型松质骨骨质量的影响。方法 :4 0只 10月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、倍美力组和补肾益精方组 ,每组 10只。正常组仅行假手术 ,其余 3组行卵巢切除术。术后第 91天开始给药 ,连续用药 90天 ,处死动物 ,取出第 2腰椎 ,测定骨质密度和钙、磷、有机质含量 ;取出第 3腰椎 ,测定其骨质密度和生物力学性能。应用上述多项指标评价骨质量。结果 :补肾益精方能明显提高骨质疏松大鼠腰椎骨的骨质密度和钙、磷、有机质含量 ,增强椎骨的抗压生物力学性能。结论 :补肾益精方能够提高去卵巢大鼠松质骨的骨质量
Objective : To investigate the effect of Bushen Yijing Recipe on cancellous bone quality of osteoporotic model in ovariectomized rats. Methods : Forty female Wistar rats aged 10 months were randomly divided into normal group, model group, premarine group and Bushenyijing group, with 10 rats in each group. In the normal group, only sham surgery was performed, and the remaining 3 groups were subjected to oophorectomy. On the 91st day after the start of drug administration, continuous administration of drugs for 90 days, the animals were sacrificed, the second lumbar spine was removed to determine the bone mineral density and calcium, phosphorus, and organic matter content; the third lumbar spine was removed and the bone density and biomechanical properties were measured. The above indicators were used to evaluate bone quality. Results: Bushen Yijing can significantly increase the bone mineral density and calcium, phosphorus and organic matter content of lumbar vertebrae in rats with osteoporosis, and enhance the compressive biomechanical properties of vertebrae. Conclusion : Bushenyijing prescription can improve the bone quality of cancellous bone in ovariectomized rats
