目的探讨不同煎煮方法的麻杏石甘汤及其含药血清对A型流感病毒神经氨酸酶(NA)活性的影响。方法以2-(4-methylumbellifery1)-α-D-N-acetyl neuraminic acid(MUNANA)为底物,检测不同煎煮方法的麻杏石甘汤药液、相应含药血清以及抑制病毒增殖作用中含药血清对流感病毒NA活性的影响。结果 (1)药液对流感病毒NA活性的影响:麻黄先煎25 min组和麻黄先煎30 min组的病毒NA荧光值低于4药同煎组(P<0.05,P<0.01);(2)含药血清对流感病毒NA活性的影响:麻黄先煎30 min组、麻黄先煎40 min组的NA荧光值低于4药同煎组(P<0.05,P<0.01);(3)抑制病毒增殖作用中,含药血清对流感病毒NA活性的影响:麻黄先煎5~20 min组、麻黄先煎30 min组、麻黄先煎35 min组病毒NA荧光值低于4药同煎组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。药物浓度方面,与25%的浓度比较,6.25%及12.5%浓度的含药血清对应的病毒NA荧光值降低(P<0.01)。结论麻杏石甘汤煎煮方法的不同可以导致其抗流感病毒效果的差异。
Objective To investigate the effects of Maxingshigan Decoction and its serum containing different boiling methods on the activity of neuraminidase (NA) of influenza A virus. Methods The Maxingshigan decoction of different decoction methods was assayed with 2- (4-methylumbellifery1) -α-DN-acetyl neuraminic acid (MUNANA) as the substrate, and the drug-containing serum and the drug- Effect of Serum on NA Activity of Influenza Virus. Results (1) Effect of liquid medicine on NA activity of influenza virus: Fluorescence NA of virus in 25 min group and 30 min group was lower than that of 4 group (P <0.05, P <0.01); ( (2) The effect of drug-containing serum on the activity of NA of influenza virus: The fluorescence of NA in the group of Ephedrae Decoction for 30 min and the group of Ephedrae Decoction for 40 min was lower than that in the group of Tongluo Decoction (P <0.05, P <0.01) The effect of drug-containing serum on the activity of NA of influenza virus was: 5 ~ 20 min of Ephedra first fried group and 30 min of Ephedra first fried group, (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the concentration of 25%, the fluorescence of the corresponding virus of 6.25% and 12.5% of the drug-containing serum decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction method can lead to different effects of anti-influenza virus.
