[目的]以小菜蛾为试虫,研究伏毛铁棒锤生物碱和高效氯氟氰菊酯的室内联合毒力。[方法]采用Bliss法、三坐标法和Sun法对联合毒力效果进行评价,优选最佳的复配比例。[结果]伏毛铁棒锤生物碱和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配后有增效作用,最佳配比为4∶1,在该配比下,共毒系数为173.28。[结论]复配剂对小菜蛾的LC50值为1.10×103mg/L,与2种单剂(伏毛铁棒锤生物碱LC50值5.64×103mg/L,高效氯氟氰菊酯LC50值13.35×103mg/L)相比,活性明显提高。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the indoor joint virulence of iron rod moth alkaloids and lambda-cyhalothrin with diamondback moth as test insects. [Method] The joint toxicity effect was evaluated by the Bliss method, the coordinate method and the Sun method, and the optimal compounding proportion was optimized. [Result] The synergistic effects of the alkaloids of Ardisia mandshurica and lambda-cyhalothrin were obtained with the best ratio of 4:1. The co-toxicity coefficient was 173.28 at this ratio. [Conclusion] The LC50 value of compounding agent against Plutella xylostella was 1.10 × 103mg / L, which was significantly higher than that of two single agents (LC50 value of 5.64 × 103mg / L, Rhodiola alkaloids LC50 value of 13.35 × 103mg / L) compared to significantly increased activity.
