目的 观察双黄清口胶囊对口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法 (1)选用SD大鼠 ,分为双黄清口胶囊高、中、低剂量 (5 40、2 70、1 3 5g生药 kg)组 ,阳性对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃给药 14d ,进行主要药效学实验。 (2 )选用KM小鼠 ,分为双黄清口胶囊高、中、低剂量 (7 2 0、3 60、1 80g生药 kg)组及阳性对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃给药 7d ,进行抗炎、镇痛实验。结果 (1)双黄清口胶囊各剂量组均能不同程度减小溃疡面直径 ,与空白对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。 (2 )双黄清口胶囊可显著降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性水肿 ,明显降低肿胀率(P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。 (3 )双黄清口胶囊可明显降低小鼠因热刺激引起的疼痛反应 ,提高痛阈值 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。结论 双黄清口胶囊能促进口腔黏膜溃疡的恢复 ,并具有较好的抗炎止痛作用
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuanghuang Qingkou Capsule on oral ulcers. Methods (1) SD rats were divided into high, medium, and low doses (5 40, 2 70, 135 g crude drug kg) of Shuanghuang Qingkou Capsule, positive control group and blank control group. Continuous gavage administration for 14 days was conducted for major pharmacodynamic experiments. (2) KM mice were selected and divided into high-, medium-, and low-dose (72 0, 3 60, and 1 80g crude drug kg) groups of Shuanghuang Qingkou Capsule, and positive control group and blank control group. Continuous intragastric administration for 7 days for anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiments. Results (1) Shuanghuang Qingkou capsules could reduce the diameter of the ulcer face in different degrees, and there was significant difference compared with the blank control group (P <0 01, P <0 05). (2) Shuanghuang Qingkou capsule can significantly reduce the inflammatory edema in mice’s ear caused by xylene and significantly reduce the swelling rate (P <0 01, P <0 05). (3) Shuanghuang Qingkou Capsule can significantly reduce the pain response induced by thermal stimulation in mice and increase the pain threshold (P <0 01, P <0 05). Conclusion Shuanghuang Qingkou Capsule can promote the recovery of oral mucosal ulcers, and has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
