目的 :建立薄层扫描法测定男炎消颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :样品经处理后 ,以苯 醋酸乙酯 甲醇 异丙醇 氨水 (6∶3∶1.5∶1.5∶0 .3)为展开剂 ,测定波长λ =36 5nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 98.3% ,RSD =3.15 %。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制
Objective : To establish a thin layer scanning method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in male Yanxiao granules. Methods: The sample was treated with phenylethyl acetate methanol isopropanol ammonia (6:3:1.5:1.5:0.3) as developing solvent, and the measurement wavelength was λ = 36 5nm. Results : This method has a good linear relationship with an average recovery of 98.3% and RSD = 3.15 %. Conclusion : This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
