一、为观察红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量与甲襞微循环的关系及微血流改变对中老年认知功能的影响,选择了门诊一般中老年对象195例,每例分别作韦氏记忆测定和甲襞微循环检查,其中部分对象同时作红细胞内SOD含量及血脂等测定。
