目的观察颈静脉孔区的显微解剖结构及对其进行量化测量,为本区域手术提供解剖学的理论支持。方法 10例经固定及乳胶灌注头颈标本的20侧颈静脉孔区进行显微解剖观察及测量。结果在颈静脉孔的长径、岩部横径及乙状部横径的右侧均大于左侧,P﹤0.01;椎动脉近段外径左右两侧差异无统计学意义,P=0.074,近段右侧长度明显长于左侧,P=0.001。结论掌握颈静脉孔区及毗邻结构的解剖关系,有利于该区域手术时的重要神经及血管的保护。
Objective To observe the microscopic anatomical structure of jugular foramen region and to measure it quantitatively to provide anatomic theoretical support for the operation in this region. Methods Twenty cases of jugular foramen of 20 cases with fixed and latex perfusion of head and neck specimens were observed by microdissection and measured. Results The length of the jugular foramen, the diameter of the sagittal section and the diameter of the sagittal section were larger on the right side than the left side, P <0.01. There was no significant difference between the left and right lateral diameters of the proximal vertebral artery, P = 0.074 The length of the right segment was significantly longer than the left, P = 0.001. Conclusion To master the anatomy of the jugular foramen and adjacent structures is beneficial to the protection of vital nerves and blood vessels in the operation of the area.
