Emergence and rejuvenation of artificial neural networks have led to the formation of two different views in artificial intelligence, namely, artificial intelligence based on physical symbology and artificial intelligence based on coupling mechanism (artificial neural network). So what are the basic assumptions and theoretical basis of these two kinds of views? What is the relationship between them? What do they mean for the development of artificial intelligence? This article will discuss and solve these problems.
