The socialist countries in Europe generally have three economic models: one is a highly centralized planned economy model represented by the Soviet Union, and the other is a socialist market economy model, namely the Yugoslav model; the other is an economic model combining planned markets, Such as Hungarian mode. Most capitalist countries in Europe implement the market economy model. The economic operation of these countries basically relies on market regulation. However, some countries have also infiltrated the state intervention to varying degrees and implemented mixed economic models such as France, West Germany and Sweden . Understanding the major connotations and the pros and cons of the economic models of the above countries may provide some reference to our choice of the economic model of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
