In this paper, we report the preparation of complex solids and single crystals in the title. The IR, UV-Vis spectra and the photochemical properties of the complex in CH3CN and DMF have been measured. The structure of the complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It belongs to the monoclinic space group P21 / n, and the quantum yield Φ (NCS) of the solid complex in CH3CN and DMF was measured. Reaction mechanism.
