目的:探讨糖耐康颗粒对胰岛素抵抗3T3–L1脂肪细胞炎症因子的影响。方法:通过地塞米松与胰岛素共同诱导3T3–L1脂肪细胞建立胰岛素抵抗模型,检测中药糖耐康对细胞上清中TNF–α、IL–6、CRP水平的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组TNF–α、IL–6、CRP水平明显升高;经中药糖耐康以及西药吡格列酮干预后,TNF–α、IL–6、CRP水平显著下降,与模型组比较有显著差异。结论:TNF–α、IL–6、CRP参与胰岛素抵抗的发生,中药糖耐康可能通过降低炎症因子的水平发挥改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tang Nai Kang Granules on inflammatory cytokines in insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Methods: 3T3-L1 adipocytes were induced by dexamethasone and insulin to establish the model of insulin resistance. The effects of Tangnan on the level of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in the supernatant were detected. Results: Compared with the normal group, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in the model group were significantly increased. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in the model group were significantly decreased by the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine Gluconazole and pioglitazone. There are significant differences. CONCLUSION: TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP are involved in the development of insulin resistance. Tanglixin may play an important role in improving insulin resistance by decreasing the level of inflammatory cytokines.
