我院自制大输液采用鲎试剂检查热原,均不调pH值。以安瓿法为基础略加改进,即再加盖一个小玻璃帽用胶布缠起来。这样做更简便也可反复使用。几年来,我们对自制的8个品种,518个批号的检品,做了热原检查,结果都较准确,基本上未出现假阳性。遇有可疑时,再重做或用兔法加以对照,为了避免有假阴性(受pH影响)还做了如下实验。 实验材料:①鲎试剂(0.5ml)厦门鲎试剂厂。②内毒素(2000EU)卫生部上海生物制品研究所。③检品,本院灭菌制剂室自制。④(1mol/L)
