通过对比准东煤与福建无烟煤的煤质分析、燃烧特性指数、燃烧动力学参数等,分析了准东煤与福建无烟煤的燃烧特性差异。结果表明:准东煤的挥发分明显高于福建无烟煤,属于极易着火的煤种;福建无烟煤与准东煤硫分低,燃烧中对环境污染小,但灰熔点都相对较低,容易结渣;准东煤的热重曲线较福建无烟煤向低温区偏移,峰区较宽,燃烧失重峰为双峰,着火方式由非均相着火向均相着火转变。准东煤的综合燃烧特性指数较大,表观活化能小;准东煤的煤反应活性和燃烧特性明显优于福建无烟煤。依热重分析,福建无烟煤与准东煤的着火温度分别为673.17和397.49℃,燃尽温度分别为803.05和741.18℃,活化能分别为191.39和26.32kJ/mol,综合燃烧特性指数分别为3.162×10-5和2.775×10-3。
By comparing the coal quality analysis, combustion characteristic index and combustion kinetic parameters of quasi-Dong coal and Fujian anthracite, the differences of combustion characteristics between quasi-Dong coal and Fujian anthracite were analyzed. The results show that the volatile content of quasi-Dong coal is obviously higher than that of Fujian anthracite coal, which belongs to the extremely easy-to-fire coal species. Fujian anthracite and quasi-Dong coal have low sulfur content and little environmental pollution during combustion, but the ash melting point is relatively low and easy to knot Slag. The thermogravimetric curve of quasi-Dong coal is offset from that of Fujian anthracite to the low temperature region, the peak area is wide, the peak of weightlessness of combustion is bimodal, and the ignition mode changes from heterogeneous ignition to homogeneous ignition. The quasi-Dong coal has a larger comprehensive combustion index and a lower apparent activation energy. Quaternary coal has significantly better coal reactivity and combustion characteristics than Fujian anthracite. According to the thermogravimetric analysis, the ignition temperatures of Fujian anthracite coal and Zhudong coal are 673.17 and 397.49 ℃, the burnout temperatures are 803.05 and 741.18 ℃ respectively, the activation energies are 191.39 and 26.32kJ / mol respectively, and the comprehensive combustion index are 3.162 × 10-5 and 2.775 × 10-3.
