本文对WC系钢结硬质合金热处理过程中硬质相的行为作了研究。用电子探针及扫描电子显微镜进行了相成分的定性和定量分析;用X射线衍射仪进行了物相分析;用金相显微镜和电子显微镜观察了合金组织。结果证明,WC系钢结硬质合金在热处理时,硬质相与粘结相发生相互溶解与析出。据此,讨论了粘结相钢的化学成分变化对合金热处理工艺、组织结构和性能的影响,从而为这类合金材料的热处理提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we study the behavior of hard phase during the heat treatment of WC series cemented carbide. Electron probe and scanning electron microscope were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of phase components. Phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffractometer. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by optical microscope and electron microscope. The results show that, WC-based cemented carbide in the heat treatment, the hard phase and the binder phase mutual dissolution and precipitation. Based on this, the influence of the chemical composition of the bonded phase steel on the heat treatment process, microstructure and properties of the alloy was discussed, which provided a theoretical basis for the heat treatment of these alloy materials.
