特教高中阶段班级文化是一个既有别于普通学校又有别于特教其他级别的班级文化特殊形态。优良的班级文化在整个特教高中阶段更能彰显它的能量:对学生的管理和学生素质的内化和提高,可以起到事半功倍的作用。它由外在标志、物质上的“硬”文化载体和精神上无形的“软”文化组成。
Teach special high school stage class culture is not only different from ordinary schools but also special classes other than the special level of cultural special form.
