在农村深化改革的新形势下,如何把林业生产责任制引上正确轨道,以适应林业发展的需要,改变林业生产停滞不前和发展速度缓慢的状况,成了我们农村工作的一个重要课题。最近,扶绥县在东门、山圩、柳桥、东罗四个镇进行以双层经营为主要形式,进一步完善林业生产责任制的试点工作,使林业生产有了新的起色。
