民族区域发展的优势在于民族资源富集,文化的地域性是民族地区发展的先锋。桂西北作为民族文化资源的富集区,发展特色文化产业、打造区域文化高地有着天然的有利条件,发掘和依托各种文化资源,从调整优化产业结构、积极发展区域文化产业入手,促进文化资源优势向产业优势、发展优势、创新优势转化。文章针对地域性的优势,从艺术学的角度,探讨了挖掘、发展桂西北文化产业的构想以及促进文化经济新增长点的途径。
