国际资本市场空前活跃,国际直接投资已成为推动世界经济增长的最重要的动力。而跨国公司是经济全球化的主要推动力。为了顺应经济全球化的趋势,我国经过多年的努力,终于加入了WTO,这标志着我国的对外开放进入了一个新的阶段。为了更好地利用国内外的资源与市场,迎接加入WT0的挑战,我国必须有一批企业走跨国经营的道路。中国企业“走出去”、开展跨国经营,是在经济全球化迅速发展和加入世界贸易组织的新形势下,我国扩大对外开放和促进国民经济发展的重大举措,是发展21世纪中国经济、主动迎接经济全球化挑战、自觉参与经济全球化的需要。
The unprecedented activeness of the international capital market and the fact that the international direct investment has become the most important impetus to the world economic growth. Transnational corporations are the main driving force of economic globalization. In order to comply with the trend of economic globalization, our country finally joined the WTO after many years of efforts, which indicates that our country’s opening to the outside world has entered a new stage. In order to make better use of domestic and foreign resources and markets and meet the challenge of joining WT0, a batch of enterprises in our country must go the way of transnational operation. Under the new situation of rapid economic globalization and accession to the World Trade Organization, China’s major move of expanding opening to the outside world and promoting the development of the national economy is to develop China’s economy in the 21st century, Take the initiative to meet the challenges of economic globalization and consciously participate in the needs of economic globalization.
