I. INTRODUCTION Clark (1946) cut a piece of gracilis muscle in a rabbit, transferred it in a right-angled orientation, and placed it back in place to observe muscle regeneration. According to his observation, in this replantation graft, the regenerated myofibrils are partly regenerated from the myofibers surviving on the surface of the graft, and the other is regenerated from the myocutaneous regenerated myoblasts around the graft into the graft Grow; and the amount produced by the two is difficult to decide.
