应用放射免疫测定法对急性白血病病人血清铁蛋白(SF)和骨髓细胞内铁蛋白(BM·F)的含量变化进行了观察,并对正常人外周血淋巴细胞进行体外培养,在植物血凝素(PHA)作用下分别于24,48及72h检测其培养液上清液的铁蛋白水平。结果显示,急性白血病病人SF治疗前及复发时明显升高,完全缓解时下降或达正常水平。同期BM·F含量与SF含量呈高度正相关。而经PHA刺激后的淋巴细胞产生铁蛋白量并不增多。提示急性白血病病人血清铁蛋白主要来自白血病细胞本身,BM·F水平可以反映骨髓内白血病细胞负荷情况。
The contents of serum ferritin (SF) and ferritin (BM · F) in bone marrow of patients with acute leukemia were detected by radioimmunoassay. The normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured in vitro. (PHA) were detected at 24, 48 and 72h respectively in the culture supernatant ferritin levels. The results showed that patients with acute leukemia SF before treatment and relapse was significantly increased, complete remission decreased or up to normal levels. During the same period BM · F content and SF content was highly correlated. The amount of ferritin produced by lymphocytes stimulated by PHA did not increase. Prompt acute leukemia patients with serum ferritin mainly from leukemia cells itself, BM · F levels can reflect the load of bone marrow leukemia cells.
