课堂观察在听评课中发挥着重要作用。但在很多情况下,课堂观察并未伴随着听评课现场的分析改变教师的教学观念,对课堂的促进作用十分有限。本文尝试以一次语文习作教学研讨活动为例,从听评课主题的确立、听评课过程的探索、听评课成果的辐射三方面探寻以课堂观察提高听评课有效性的实践路径。
Classroom observation plays an important role in listening class. However, in many cases, the classroom observation did not change the teacher’s teaching concept with the analysis of the listening class, and the promotion effect on the classroom was very limited. This article attempts to take a Chinese language teaching activity as an example, from the establishment of the subject of listening and composing, the process of listening to and commenting on the lesson, and the radiation of the result of the lesson.
