γ干扰素(IFN-γ)为淋巴细胞应特异性抗原与致有丝分裂原刺激而产生,其抑制细胞生长、免疫调节与抗肿瘤作用比IFN-α与β强。一般用致有丝分裂源刺激人淋巴细胞培养制备IFN-γ产量很低,由于没有适合的产生和提纯干扰素的方法,因此目前有关IFN-γ理化特性的资料很少。要进一步研究就必须建立一个能大量诱导与纯化IFN-γ的可靠方法。本文作者建立了一个诱导单核细胞产生IFN-γ的新系统。方法是在体外应用人外周单核细胞在含有1640、多种必需与非必需氨
γ Interferon (IFN-γ) is a lymphocyte-specific antigen and mitogenic stimuli produced by its inhibition of cell growth, immune regulation and anti-tumor effect than IFN-α and β-strong. Generally, the production of IFN-γ by human mitogenesis-stimulated human lymphocyte culture is very low. Since there is no suitable method for producing and purifying interferon, there is little data on the physico-chemical properties of IFN-γ. For further research, a reliable method for inducing and purifying IFN-γ in large quantities has to be established.
