构建中国特色社会主义法治国家是党和国家新时期的重要使命,用法治治理方式治理国家,是国家治理现代化的必然要求。除了要求做到科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法外,很重要的一个工作方向,就是如何有效地把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,让法治教育走进课堂,让广大青少年和大专院校的学生在接受系统科学知识的同时,接受一定数量的法治知识,从而使我们的教育在培养新一代法治社会所需人才上做出应有的努力和贡献。就如何使法治教育走进学校课堂,亲密接触广大青少年和泱泱学子,《中国法治文化》编辑部访谈了中国政法大学校长、中国法学会副会长、国际法博导黄进教授。
