This article based on recent information, reviewed the role of the blood vessel wall in blood coagulation. Blood coagulation plays an important role in hemostasis. Long ago, I knew blood vessels would have blood coagulation after injury. Only in recent years has it been proposed that the vessel wall is a depot that stores certain substances that will ensure rapid formation of blood clots. In 1964, Quick proposed that vascular injury accompanied by the release of thromboplastin and promoted the conversion of thrombin to thrombin. Campbell et al. Proposed: arteries and veins leachate
