目的 探讨δ 氨基酮戊酸 (ALA)光动力疗法 (PDT )治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣 (MUCA)的疗效。方法 对 18例MUCA患者 ,皮损局部用新鲜配制的 10 %ALA溶液湿敷 ,3h后用输出功率为 10 0mW的He Ne激光照射 ,每次光剂量约10 0J/cm2 。结果 经 1~ 4次治疗后 ,18例患者皮损完全消退 ,恢复正常粘膜结构 ;随访 1~ 13个月 ,16例皮损未见复发 ,仅2例有合并症的患者在治疗 4周后复发 ,但重新治疗后未复发。结论 ALA PDT治疗MUCA简单、有效、耐受性好、复发率低、无尿道狭窄等副作用 ,可望成为MUCA的首选疗法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of delta aminolevulinic acid (ALA) photodynamic therapy (PDT) in the treatment of male urethral condyloma acuminatum (MUCA). Methods Eighteen patients with MUCA were treated with freshly prepared 10% ALA solution. After 3 hours, the lesions were irradiated with He Ne laser with an output of 10 0 mW, and each light dose was about 100 J / cm 2. Results After 1 to 4 treatments, the lesions of 18 patients completely regressed and returned to the normal mucosa. No recurrence was observed in 16 cases of lesions at 1 to 13 months of follow-up. Only 2 patients with complications were treated 4 weeks after treatment Recurrence, but no recurrence after treatment. Conclusions ALA PDT is a simple, effective, well tolerated MUCA therapy with low recurrence rate and no side effects of urethral stricture. It is expected to be the first choice of MUCA therapy.
