目的了解近年来我市学校食堂的餐具消毒情况,指导今后的餐具消毒工作。方法分析总结2004年、2005年和2007年3年学校食堂不同餐具、不同学校类别和不同消毒方式的消毒合格情况。结果餐具消毒效果与消毒方式、餐具种类和不同类别学校有关。结论影响餐具消毒效果的因素很多,要做好餐具消毒工作,不仅需要学校、食堂的重视和投入,还需要做到专人负责、规范洗消、保洁和合理使用等。
Objective To understand the disinfection of utensils in school canteens in recent years in our country and to guide the disinfection of utensils in the future. Methods Analysis and summary of the 2004, 2005 and 2007 three years school canteen different tableware, different types of schools and different disinfection disinfection situation. Results tableware disinfection and sterilization methods, types of tableware and different types of schools. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the disinfection effect of tableware. To disinfect tableware requires not only the importance and investment of schools and canteens, but also the responsibility of special staff to regulate disinfection, cleaning and rational use.
