本文对圆柱浮环液体动静压轴承的止推环静、动态特性进行了有限元分析。提出了保证浮环正常工作的平衡条件,并据此给出了浮环轴承的设计准则;在有限元分析中求解了该轴承内、外膜压力场;用小扰动法分析了动态雷诺方程,得到内外膜的刚度系数和阻尼系数;在求得浮环静压、动压平衡的基础上,得到了该轴承的静、动态特性及稳定性参数。
In this paper, finite element analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the thrust ring of cylindrical floating hydrostatic bearing was carried out. The equilibrium conditions for ensuring the normal operation of the floating ring are proposed, and the design criteria for the floating ring bearing are given. The pressure field inside and outside the bearing is solved in the finite element analysis, and the dynamic Reynolds equation is analyzed with the small perturbation method. The stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the inner and outer films were obtained. Based on the static pressure and dynamic pressure balance of the floating ring, the static and dynamic characteristics and stability parameters of the bearing were obtained.
