目的研究布鲁氏菌病患者血清中可溶性T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子3(s Tim-3)与其配体半乳糖凝集素-9(Galectin-9)以及相关细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-4的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测布鲁氏菌病患者血清中s Tim-3和Galectin-9的表达,流式液相多重蛋白定量技术(CBA)检测IFN-γ和IL-4的变化,Pearson法分析布鲁氏菌病患者血清中s Tim-3、IFN-γ及IL-4的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,布鲁氏菌病患者组血清中的s Tim-3和Galectin-9及IL-4的表达均增加(P<0.05),IFN-γ表达减少(P<0.01),并且布鲁氏菌病患者血清中s Tim-3的表达与IL-4呈正相关(r=0.87,P<0.01),与IFN-γ呈负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.01)。结论 s Tim-3和Galectin-9在布鲁氏菌病患者体内高表达,参与了布鲁氏菌病的发生发展。
Objective To study the relationship between s Tim-3 and Galectin-9 in serum of patients with brucellosis and related cytokines such as IFN-γ and IL- 4 changes. Methods Serum levels of s Tim-3 and Galectin-9 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in serum of patients with brucellosis. Flow cytometry was used to detect IFN-γ and IL-4 Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum s Tim-3, IFN-γ and IL-4 in patients with brucellosis. Results Compared with the normal control group, the serum levels of s Tim-3, Galectin-9 and IL-4 were increased (P <0.05) and the expression of IFN-γ was decreased in patients with brucellosis (P <0.01) , And the expression of s Tim-3 in serum of patients with Brucellosis was positively correlated with IL-4 (r = 0.87, P <0.01) and negatively correlated with IFN-γ (r = -0.76, P <0.01). Conclusion Tim-3 and Galectin-9 are highly expressed in brucellosis patients and are involved in the development of brucellosis.
