以《民用机场沥青混凝土道面设计规范》(MH-5010—1999)中AC-20Ⅰ型级配为基础,参考《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40—2004),利用分形理论及贝雷法优化其级配范围,并进一步对比研究优化级配与机场规范要求级配混合料的路用性能。探讨符合机场道面使用特点的沥青混合料级配优化方法,以供机场道面施工时使用。研究结果表明:优化级配沥青混合料的路用性能符合规范要求,其高温、水稳性能优于规范要求级配。
Based on AC-20Ⅰ grading in Code for Design of Asphalt Concrete Pavement of Civil Airport (MH-5010-1999), referring to Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bituminous Pavement (JTG F40-2004), using fractal theory and Bere France to optimize the scope of grading, and further comparative study of optimal grading and airport specifications graded mix road performance. Explore the asphalt mixture gradation optimization method which accords with the characteristics of airport pavement for the use of airport pavement construction. The results show that the road performance of asphalt mixtures with optimized gradation meets the requirements of the code, and its high temperature and water stability are superior to those of the specifications.
