文章分析了组成变传动比转向器的齿条和齿轮间的几何关系,并且探索了分析这些齿轮齿面的一般方法。研究了借助于齿条齿面加工的扇形齿轮齿面的各种几何特征。所提出的这种分析方法也可用于钢球螺杆式转向器的研究。获得了齿形设计特征(如齿的根切极限和齿廓干涉特性)参数。
The paper analyzes the geometric relationship between the racks and gears that make up the variable ratio steering gear and explores the general method of analyzing these gear tooth flanks. Various geometrical features of the gear face of the sector gear machined with the help of rack teeth are studied. The proposed analysis method can also be used for the study of ball screw steering gear. The parameters of toothed design features (such as root root cut and tooth profile interference) were obtained.
