一、抓住两点，德治法治并举道德与法制的关系历来是中外思想家争论的热点问题。在当前我国的社会主义精神文明建设中，必须坚持两点论，防止一点论，坚持德治和法治并举。首先，德治和法治都是治理国家的基本手段。德治是由我国古代孔子开创的儒家学派所独具的基本政治主张。
First, to seize the two points, the rule of virtue and the rule of law, the relationship between morality and the rule of law has always been a hot topic of controversy between Chinese and foreign thinkers. In the current construction of socialist spiritual civilization in our country, we must uphold the two points theory, prevent one point theory, and stick to the principle of ruling the virtuous and law together. First of all, virtue and the rule of law are both basic means of governing the country. The rule of virtue is a fundamental political idea unique to the Confucian school founded by the ancient Confucius in our country.
