斯太尔发动机气门推杆的国产化是斯太尔技术引进的重要部分,在生产过程中遇到了长度超差、焊接裂纹等问题,导致结构发生早期失效,结果既影响了正常使用和安全性,又给企业造成经济损失。因此探究推杆焊接裂纹的产生机理,提出预防裂纹、尺寸控制的工艺方法,以消除推杆焊接缺陷,提高产品使用寿命。
The localization of Steyr engine valve actuators is an important part of Steyr’s technology introduction. During the production process, such problems as length overheat and welding cracks have been encountered, resulting in early failure of the structure. As a result, both the normal use and safety are affected , But also caused economic losses to the enterprise. Therefore, the author explores the generation mechanism of push rod welding cracks and puts forward the technological methods of preventing cracks and size control so as to eliminate the welding defects of push rod and improve the service life of products.
