学生学习知识的过程应是接受、发现,继而创造、探索的过程,我们的课堂也应当是一种让学生探索的课堂。教师要在了解学生的基础上,注意引导学生自己去发现,自己去探索,充分发挥其学习的自主性、主动性和创造性,形成一种乐于探究、努力求知的心理倾向,真正达到培养学生的创新意识与探索欲望的目的,使学生的个性在课堂这一主阵地上得以飞扬。据此,经过多年的探索,本人认为:教学中我们应遵循开放性原则,从以下方面开放课堂教学,以达到“培养自由人格的个性化教育”的目的。
