利用2003—2013年中国省级面板数据,采用静态GLS和动态GMM估计方法,实证研究我国高技术产业R&D投入对经济增长的影响。结果表明:整体上我国高技术产业的R&D经费投入对我国经济增长是显著的正效应,但R&D人员投入却对我国经济增长表现出负效应趋势。进一步分析表明,造成高技术产业R&D人员投入对经济增长负效应的原因在于各省市R&D人员投入的波动性以及省际之间R&D人员投入的差异性;处于递增区域的R&D人员投入可促进经济增长,而R&D人员投入递减的区域对经济增长则表现出无显著影响或强烈的负效应趋势。
By using the Chinese provincial panel data from 2003 to 2013, the static GLS and dynamic GMM estimation methods are used to empirically study the impact of R & D investment in high-tech industries on economic growth in China. The results show that: on the whole, the R & D expenditure of high-tech industry in our country is a significant positive effect on the economic growth in our country, but the input of R & D personnel has a negative effect on the economic growth of our country. Further analysis shows that the reason for the negative effect of R & D investment in high-tech industries on economic growth lies in the volatility of investment in R & D personnel in various provinces and cities as well as the discrepancies in R & D investment among provinces in the world. The R & D personnel input in increasing regions can promote economic growth , While the areas where R & D personnel are going to decline have shown no significant or significant negative effect on economic growth.
