冶炼分析部门在进行试料分析工作当中,往往遇到同一试料的分析结果有前后不一致的现象,但又找不到原因,因而引起工作上的很多困难。本文详尽地说明了粗铜锭在凝固时由于Ni、As、S和O_2等杂质发生偏析,所以按现有的採取试料方法,不可能准确地反映出粗铜所含杂质的组成,必须进一步制定出更完善的试料採取方法,以便获得较高纯度的金属。我们特将本文发表,供各冶炼厂與试验研究部门在工作中参考,并希能结合实际情况,进一步研究出更具体的办法来。
Smelting analysis department in the sample analysis work, often encountered the same sample analysis results before and after inconsistencies, but can not find the reason, which caused a lot of work difficulties. This paper elaborates on the segregation of crude copper ingot due to impurities such as Ni, As, S and O_2 during the solidification. Therefore, it is impossible to accurately reflect the composition of the impurities contained in the crude copper according to the existing sample preparation method. Develop a more refined sample preparation method to obtain a higher purity of the metal. We hereby publish this article for the reference of the smelters and experimental research departments in the work, and hope to further develop a more specific approach based on the actual situation.
