鸡蛋清研究发现,食用鸡蛋清有降低血压的效果。高血压病患者可以适当吃水煮蛋,但每天不宜超过两个。油煎蛋经高温加热,会导致蛋白质变性和油脂摄入量超标,因此不适合高血压病患者食用。需要提醒的是,高血压病患者千万不能因此盲目补充鸡蛋,因为鸡蛋吃太多会升高胆固醇,反而对身体有害;更不应擅自停药,以免影响病情。
Egg white study found that consumption of egg white have lower blood pressure effect. Hypertensive patients can be properly boiled eggs, but not more than two per day. Fried eggs heated at high temperatures, will lead to protein denaturation and excessive oil intake, it is not suitable for consumption in patients with hypertension. Need to be reminded that hypertensive patients must not blindly add eggs, because eating too much eggs will increase cholesterol, but harmful to the body; but should not stop without authorization, so as not to affect the disease.
