我厂从英国TEREX公司引进的72—71B轮式装载机,额定斗容量为5.7m~3,属大型工程机械,其工作装置的4个销轴与孔的配合过盈量最大为0.15mm,最小过盈量为0.05mm,并且配合长度很长,最长达344mm,结构如图1和图2所示。TEREX公司采用热装工艺,将包容件用火焰加热胀大,将被包容件装入。但因本厂条件所限,不能实现大火焰均匀加热,在热装试验失败的情况下,便采用液态氮进行冷装。
