目的:通过对医疗费用的主要影响因素进行分析,探寻合理控制医疗费用的有效方法。方法:以2008年广东省6地市7所不同等级医院的甲肝病人的医疗费用资料为样本,采用支持向量机模型对医疗费用进行统计学分析。结果:西药费用在医疗费用构成中所占比例最大。住院天数、医院等级、地区差异、出院情况、性别、支付方式、疾病类型是影响医疗费用的主要因素。结论:要控制医疗费用的快速增长,必须根据医疗费用的影响因素,制定合理的单病种限额付费制度。
Objective: To analyze the main influencing factors of medical expenses and explore effective ways to control medical expenses reasonably. Methods: Based on the medical expenses data of hepatitis A patients from 7 hospitals of different levels in 6 cities of Guangdong Province in 2008, the support vector machine model was used to analyze the medical expenses. Results: Western medicine costs constitute the largest proportion of medical expenses. Hospitalization days, hospital rankings, regional differences, discharges, sex, methods of payment, and type of illness were the major factors affecting the medical costs. Conclusion: To control the rapid growth of medical costs, we must formulate a reasonable single disease limit payment system according to the influencing factors of medical expenses.
