用力学、动态力学、密度梯度、双折射、声速、热分析等方法,测试分析了纺速为3200m/min的两种纤度的PETPOY(涤纶高速纺丝)的结构参数和性能。结果发现,不同纤度的PETPOY的力学性能、动态力学性能、结构参数和热性能并不一致,其中声速取向因子、双折射、[E]_(max)、E_(min)、Tgα(max)、E″1(max)、E″2(max)等值差异较大,文中列出了各种参数的变化范围。
The mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties, density gradient, birefringence, sonic velocity and thermal analysis were used to analyze and analyze the structural parameters and properties of PETPOY with two finenesses of 3200m / min.
