以佛山市某在建特大连续梁桥为例,分析了该类型桥梁线性控制的内容和方法。建立了理论分析模型,对各工况进行了仿真计算,得到了上部结构施工控制的理论轨迹并对其作了调整,提出了现场挠度观测方法,给出了预拱度设置的具体方法,详细说明了立模标高的计算和挠度检测等重要内容。监控结果表明成桥状态整体线形平顺流畅,实测标高值与理论值吻合较好,满足设计要求,安全可靠。
Taking a continuous large bridge under construction in Foshan as an example, the content and method of linear control of this type of bridge are analyzed. The theoretical analysis model is established and the simulation calculation of each working condition is carried out. The theoretical trajectory of the superstructure construction control is obtained and adjusted. The method of on-site deflection observation is proposed and the concrete method of pre-camber setting is given. The detailed It shows the important contents of vertical mold elevation calculation and deflection detection. The monitoring results show that the overall line shape of the completed bridge is smooth and smooth, and the measured elevation values agree well with the theoretical values to meet the design requirements and are safe and reliable.
