企业党委在领导企业建设,做好职工思想政治工作,完成上级交给的各项任务中,经常会遇到一些难以处理的棘手问题.比如:个别干部闹待遇、闹调动,对组织的正确决定拒不执行;个别职工因家庭婚恋问题处理不当,造成心理变态,悲观厌世,精神失常;还有的同志法纪观念淡薄,违纪违法,打架斗殴,特别是个别性格孤僻,脾气倔强的同志一时感情冲动,难以控制;个别人私欲膨胀,不廉洁,在经济上占公家的便宜,等等.这些棘手问题,虽说是个别现象,但往往是影响企业全面建设,影响职工情绪的重要因素.一个企业对棘手问题解决得好不好,直接关系到企业的生产经营状况.在工作中,大多数企业党委成员能认真履行职责,敢于负责,对自己分管范围内的棘手问题处理得较好,表现出较强的独立工作的能力.但是,也发现个别党委成员缺乏应有的责任感,独立工作能力和解决棘手问题的能力比较弱,主要有四种表现:一是推.对一些矛盾复杂,各种因素复杂的棘手问题,互相推诿.二是绕.遇到矛盾绕道走,碰到难题不处理,不按政策办事,不讲党性原则,好人主义作怪.三是拖.对难题和棘手问题,不是按照规章制度雷厉风行,及时处理,而是优柔寡断,能拖则拖.四是压.对本单位发生的违纪现象,不及时汇报掩盖矛盾,能压就压,甚至对严重的违纪行为弄虚作假,隐情不报,总想大?
