小型农机对实现我国农业装备的现代化具有重要意义,小型农机的快速响应设计可满足日益分化的市场需求。为有效提高快速响应设计的效率,提出了基于本体论的小型农机快速响应设计方法,包含了基于本体论的农机功能设计的建模方法,对农机设计中的知识进行了符号化表达,提出了从需求到功能到技术原理再到元件结构的四层设计知识的映射,提高了设计领域中的知识利用率,缩短了开发设计的周期。为验证本文所述理论和方法的有效性,详述了一种适合在山地作业的大葱培土机的快速响应设计的过程。
Small-scale agricultural machinery is of great importance to the modernization of agricultural equipment in our country. The rapid response design of small agricultural machinery can meet the increasingly differentiated market demand. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of rapid response design, a fast response design method based on ontology for small farm machinery is proposed, which includes the ontology-based modeling method of agricultural machine function design and the symbolic expression of knowledge in farm machinery design From requirements to functionality to technical principles and then to the component structure of the four-tier design knowledge mapping, improve the utilization of knowledge in the design field, shortening the development and design cycle. In order to verify the effectiveness of the theory and methods described in this paper, a rapid response design process for a Welsh onion cultivator suitable for use in mountainous areas is described in detail.
