目的研究清开灵颗粒对AD模型小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法选用东莨菪碱造模的雄性KM小鼠,用Morris水迷宫测试行为学指标,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶比色法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、硫代巴比妥酸法测定脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、三硝基苯比色法测定脑内胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。结果清开灵颗粒能明显缩短模型小鼠游泳时间及游泳路程;显著提高脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量;明显降低脑组织AchE活性。结论清开灵颗粒能改善造模小鼠的学习记忆功能,其机制可能与提高SOD活性、降低脑组织脂质过氧化物的含量、抑制AchE活性有关。
Objective To study the effect of Qingkailing granules on learning and memory in AD mice. Methods Male KM mice scopolamine were selected. Morris water maze was used to test the behavioral indexes. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was measured by xanthine oxidase colorimetric method. The lipid peroxidation The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was measured by spectrophotometry. The activity of cholinesterase (AchE) in the brain was measured by trinitrobenzene colorimetry. Results Qingkailing granules can obviously shorten the swimming time and swimming distance of model mice; increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA; reduce the activity of AchE in brain tissue. Conclusion Qingkailing granules can improve the learning and memory function of model mice. The mechanism may be related to increasing SOD activity, decreasing lipid peroxidation and inhibiting AchE activity.
