法律进社区是新形势下加强基层民主法治建设,强化城市社区普法依法治理的一项新举措,要统筹兼顾,抓好结合、善于借力;法制宣传教育纳入各项创建活动考核体系之中、纳入社会治安综合治理工作之中,把抓好“法律进社区”工作与抓好当前社区其他工作结合起来,整体推进,共同提高。
