煤炭高校是我国传统的行业特色高校,在煤炭经济下行和能源革命的大背景下,发展面临着新的挑战。矿业工程作为煤炭高校的优势学科,在新形势下存在着专任教师结构不合理且资源分配不均,科学研究创新能力不足,人才培养缺乏针对性,学科发展滞后于煤炭科技的进步等问题。基于这些问题,提出加强青年教师队伍建设、促进资源合理配置,创造优质科研环境、注重科研创新能力的培养、人才培养与社会需求高度融合、煤炭科技转化与学科发展紧密结合的对策建议,使煤炭高校矿业工程的发展适应时代发展的需要。
Coal colleges and universities are the traditional industries with unique characteristics in our country. Under the backdrop of the coal economy downturn and the energy revolution, the development of coal universities is facing new challenges. As a dominant subject of coal colleges and universities, under the new situation, mining engineering has some problems such as irrational structure of full-time teachers, unequal distribution of resources, lack of innovative ability in scientific research, lack of pertinence in personnel training, and the lagging development of disciplines in science and technology of coal.
