1987年于贵阳用贵州高原粳与中矮秆粳稻间的17个组合F_1代及7个组合F_2代的研究表明,F_1代抽穗期有中间倾早或超早亲的遗传趋势,在F_2代,抽穗期变异相当大,各组合均有超亲分离现象,表现出数量性状的遗传特点。但抽型期遗传力及遗传进度均达很高水准;双亲平均值和F_1、F_2代抽穗期的回归、相关均显著;表现型变异系数和基因型变异系数相近。试验结果说明,抽穗期的变异主要是遗传控制的。
The results of F 1 generation and 7 combination F 2 generations of 17 combinations between Guizhou plateau japonica and medium dwarf japonica rice in Guiyang in 1987 showed that there was a genetic tendency of heading or early early progeny in F 1 generation. The variation of heading stage is quite large, and all combinations have the phenomenon of super-pro-segregation, showing the genetic characteristics of quantitative traits. But the heritability and genetic progress of pumping type reached a very high standard. The average of parents and the regression of F_1 and F_2 generation of heading date were all significant. The coefficient of variation of phenotypic variation was similar to that of genotype. The experimental results show that the variation of heading stage is mainly controlled by genetics.
