研究脱氢型室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶气泡生成影响因素,包括催化剂、交联剂和填料。催化剂用量和类型显著影响硅橡胶凝胶固化速度和发泡速度,进而影响硅橡胶的微观形态。随催化剂用量增加,产生气泡增多。交联剂用量增加,硅橡胶的凝胶时间变短,产生气泡增多。填料对硅橡胶气泡的产生也有一定影响。
To study the influencing factors of dehydrogenation RTV silicone rubber bubble formation, including catalyst, crosslinking agent and filler. The amount and type of catalyst significantly affect the solidification rate and foaming speed of the silicone rubber gel, which in turn affects the microscopic morphology of the silicone rubber. With the increase in the amount of catalyst, resulting in increased bubbles. The amount of cross-linking agent increases, the gel time of the silicone rubber becomes shorter, resulting in increased air bubbles. Filler silicone rubber bubble also have a certain impact.
