兹将省城市建设局“关于省建公司动用流动资金搞计划外基本建设的处理意见”予以通报。必须指出:省建筑公司动用流动资金392,994元兴建办公室、宿舍和装修汽车,不仅使该公司1956年欠缴国家利润未能上缴,而且造成1957年资金周转上的紧张,这是严重地违反国家财政纪律和基本建设程序的行为,省建公司应就此问题作出书面检讨报本会审查。附:省城市建设局“关于省建公司动用流动资金搞计划外基本建设的处理意见”
